Women’s Rugby training Timetable – U14 & U16

January 26, 2026 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

🌍🏉 Women’s Rugby from Mallow to the World Stage! 🏉🌍
Tomorrow Ireland take on New Zealand in a huge Rugby World Cup group decider – and we’ll all be cheering that little bit louder with Emily Lane, a former Mallow RFC underage player, selected as replacement scrumhalf. 💚🇮🇪
Mallow RFC has a proud tradition in women’s rugby – from producing internationals like Anna Caplice, to celebrating future stars like Áine O’Rourke, who recently lined out for Munster U18 Girls. 💪🔥
Now it’s your turn. Whether you’re 6 or 46, experienced or brand new to rugby – there’s a place for you at Mallow RFC. It’s never too late to start, and no experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm and give it a go!
📅 Girls & Women’s Rugby Training Times:
Senior Women – Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7–8pm, Town Park
U18.5s – Thursdays, 6:35 – 8pm, Town Park
U14 & U16 – Mondays & Wednesdays, 7–8pm, Town Park
