Mallow Musical Society: Join Us for Culture Night 2025!

Mallow Musical Society is a small but passionate local group dedicated to bringing musical theatre to life in North Cork. Founded in 2024, we’ve already staged a full-scale musical over three nights and delivered countless smaller performances in our community. We’re proud to be taking part in Culture Night 2025 for the very first time, with thanks to the support of Cork County Council. To celebrate, we’re hosting a free interactive musical theatre workshop – and you’re invited! If you’ve ever dreamed of singing and dancing like they do on the West End, now’s your chance. We’ll be working on the lively number “When I Kissed the Teacher” from Mamma Mia 2, learning the vocals, acting and dancing in a fun, relaxed setting. No experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm! Whether you’re a shower singer, a lifelong drama fan, or simply curious to try something new, you’ll be warmly welcomed. There’s no pressure to perform, audition, or join the society (unless you’d like to!). This is a great opportunity to see what we’re all about, meet some of the team, and maybe even get involved in future shows or events. We’d love to connect with anyone interested in performing or supporting us. Let’s share some laughs, make a bit of music, and bring a splash of Broadway magic to North Cork!
