Art Trail Exhibition Tour – Charleville Town Centre

Charleville Art Society to Celebrate National Culture Night with Vibrant Art Trail.
Charleville Art Society is delighted to announce an exciting exhibition of work in celebration of Culture Night, taking place on Friday, 19th September 2025. Supported by Cork County Council, this creative initiative aims to bring art into the heart of Charleville by showcasing artworks in the windows of local businesses and public spaces throughout the town centre.
The celebration will officially begin at 3:00 p.m. with a launch event at Chic Boutique, generously hosted by boutique owner Mary Roche, who has kindly offered her premises for the occasion. This will be followed at 4:00 p.m. by a guided Art Trail Tour, giving attendees the chance to walk the trail and view a diverse collection of artworks on display, accompanied by some of the participating artists.
This pop-up exhibition will feature original paintings and creative works, transforming the town into a vibrant, open-air gallery. Speaking ahead of the event, Marian Byrnes, Secretary of the Charleville Art Society, said: “We are very grateful for the support of the local businesses who have given us space to display our art. Culture Night is a national celebration of creativity and community, and we’re proud to play our part here in Charleville.”
The Art Trail will remain in place for two weeks, allowing those unable to attend on the night to enjoy the exhibition at their leisure. By making art visible and accessible to all, the event shines a light on the vibrant creative spirit within the local community.
